Essenziale Bistrot is the brainchild of Lorenzo and Giulia, two young italians who share a love for cooking and cre- ativity in all its forms.
Thus, Essenziale Bistrot born, a place where you can experience a real journey of the senses through the table.

Due to the pandemic, the activity suffered a setback and then resumed in conjunction with the opening of November 2021.

After speaking at length and on several occasions with the guys to understand their needs, I decided to decline the essential in all its forms, starting from the site.

We chose together a palette of enveloping colors that would arouse a sense of warmth and conviviality and geometric shapes to be included in the pattern to enrich the interface.

The sections of the menu were designed to be functio- nal and immediate, including only the information stri- ctly necessary to intrigue the customer and allow him to book a table easily through an integrated third-parts app, which allows the owners to manage all the reserva- tions directly on their phone.

Each page proposes a focus on the respect of the raw materials and on the competence of the two hosts who gave life to the project.
